Every morning, our kitchen team mixes masa, presses discs, and cooks them on a hot comal so they puff up with light, airy pockets. Whether you prefer the rustic charm of corn or the soft fold of flour, our handmade tortillas are the difference between a meal and a memory — and they've been that way since 1985.

Walk into our kitchen at 5 AM and you'll find the tortilla station already running. One cook mixes masa from scratch, another turns the handle of the cast-iron press, and a third watches the comal for the exact moment when a tortilla puffs with a tiny steam pocket — the signal that it's done. The difference between our tortillas and the ones you buy in a grocery store is the difference between a letter and a text message: one is mass-produced by a machine, the other is made by hand for a specific purpose. Our flour tortillas are soft, slightly elastic, and wide enough to wrap a full fajita without tearing. Our corn tortillas are smaller, grittier, earthier — perfect for street tacos where the filling is the star and the tortilla is the supporting actor. We press and cook tortillas constantly throughout the day because a tortilla that sits for more than an hour loses its warmth, its flexibility, and its soul.
